- Amy has grown over 30+ varieties of tomatoes and she is still adding to her seed collection.
- In 2023, she held her first solo art exhibit from her collection titled "Endings & Beginnings" which featured 20 pieces of art inspired by her experiences with nature and growing foods/plants/flowers.
- Amy wrote a TV pilot titled "Stringer", a "dramedy" reviewed by Amazon Studios, HBO Writers Fellowship, Colorado Film & TV Commission, Fox Writers Lab.
Experience
In 2019, Amy was featured as one of Ocala Style Magazine's 'Captivating Creatives' for her work as a journalist. This recognition helped solidify her status as a long-time storyteller, regardless of the medium she utilizes. Amy has been a professional concert, music, and events photographer, journalist, copywriter, digital marketing analyst, and content editor.
Her strength lies in her motto that "Everyone has a story." Whether she interviews community members, artists, or musicians, she always finds the story.
Education
Amy has a bachelor's degree in journalism from SUNY College at Plattsburgh. She will enter SUNY Plattsburgh's Master of Science & Economics/Data Analytics program in the summer of 2024.
