Experience
Gillian became managing editor of the lifestyle department at Static Media in 2023 after a short story collection-worthy decade in entertainment news. Her pop culture knowledge is encyclopedic, especially concerning TLC and all things Sister Wives (justice for Christine and Janelle!). When she's not obsessing over the latest reality TV family, she's co-hosting the podcast "All Things Cozy" or plotting her future attendance at CrimeCon and BravoCon.
Education
Gillian received her BFA in creative writing from Emerson College, and although she no longer pursues fiction, she will always love storytelling. After graduating from Emerson, Gillian completed the Baltimore City Teaching Residency, an alternative certification program for aspiring teachers. Employing her creative writing skills and teaching experience, Gillian regularly volunteers at a non-profit geared toward young students.
